The Northwest Institute of Dynamic Psychotherapy (NWIDP) exists to promote access to high quality psychodynamic (psychoanalytic) therapy and understanding of individuals, groups and organisations.

The NWIDP is recognised as a training organisation and as an accrediting body by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). It provides training and continuing professional development opportunities for members and non members.

We are also an affiliate member organisation of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)
